All of our providers bring their own unique styles and specialties to the therapy process. At Selah Counseling, we primarily specialize in ADHD, anxiety, chronic health conditions, coping skills, depression, grief/loss, life transistions, marital and premarital counseling, self-harming behaviors, self-esteem issues, stress management, trauma, and PTSD.

Some of the modalities we use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Reframing, EMDR, exploration of emotions, the Gottman Method, mindfulness and grounding techniques, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, Psychoeducation, DBT, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

The duration of therapy can vary based on individual circumstances. To establish a strong therapeutic relationship, we recommend starting with weekly sessions. This frequency helps in building rapport and ensuring consistent progress.
